I have been gone on vacation for about a month now, to Florida and I just got back on Monday from Toronto. I went to the MMVA’s and it was a lot of fun and a great vacation.
Vacation is done. Time to get to business.
I know I have to work to get this site back up to where it was and I plan to but it may take me a while.

Selena Gomez gets cheek-to-cheek with a fan while taking a quick break from shopping at a local mall in Puerto Rico on Thursday morning (March 12).
The 16-year-old starlet wore a long maxi dress while she shopped, picking up some items from BCBG Max Azria and American Eagle Outfitters. Mom Mandy and stepdad Brian accompanied Selena on her shopping spree.
Selena is currently in Puerto Rico filming the Wizards of Waverly Place movie with costars David Henrie and Jake T. Austin.
Disney starlet Selena Gomez is Latina magazine’s fresh new face on their April 2009 cover. Here’s what the 16-year-old Wizards of Waverly Place actress opened up about:
On being a teen celebrity, including the perks and the pitfalls that come with it: “I always wanted this to be my life but I don’t want it to live my life for me.”
On admiring Britney Spears: “In a way, Britney can be someone to look up to. She was constantly being looked at and picked on, and it’s starting to happen to me. At the moment, I don’t have anything good they can pick on me with, but they’ll find something. Maybe I can be as strong.”
On being proud of her Latin roots: “I didn’t even realize what a big deal it was to be Latin at first. But then one day being with my dad, it hit me: it’s pretty neat to be Mexican. And there aren’t enough Latinas in Hollywood—or there are, but they don’t get the recognition. So to be able to come out here and use that, it’s really a powerful thing.”
On the so-called feud with fellow Disney star, Miley Cyrus: “I think Miley can agree with me. There are so many more things going on that are so much more important to us in our lives than wasting time on that stuff.”
Selena was spotted shopping at American Eagle Outfitters in Puerto Rico, where she’s filming the Wizards movie.

David Henrie flips through a Wizards script as he and costar Selena Gomez spend some time together relaxing by a pool in Puerto Rico on Tuesday afternoon (March 10).
The duo are currently in Puerto Rico filming the Wizards of Waverly Place movie.
David, 19, and Selena, 16, attended the Ruben Dario fashion show on Saturday night with Sel’s mom Mandy and stepdad Brian.
Selena is now listed on the Hollywood Records website as a recording artist. She’s currently working on her album, due out later this year.
Selena Gomez enjoys her day off by testing out some new makeup at a local store in Puerto Rico on Wednesday afternoon (March 11).
The 16-year-old starlet and mom Mandy also stopped at Old Navy and picked up some new clothes.
Selena recently updated her MySpace and raved about the tropical island. She wrotes, “Puerto Rico is honestly one of the most beautiful places in the world.. the sweetest people and energy.. i suggest everyone to runaway here one day.. it will make you a better person.”
